Sanoh’s Human Asset Training The Sanoh Group has been putting considerable effort into the training of our human assets* as we face an age of growing diversity.
In November 2010, we established the Human Asset Management and Solutions (HAMS) Group, which has been planning and promoting a range of measures to internally cultivate and retain our human assets as part of our human asset management and business systems development.
*To reflect the notion that people are an important intangible asset, we have changed and unified our corporate terminology from "human resources" to "human assets".
