Our brake tubes use brazed steel tubing to provide high pressure resistance. Special end fabrication and bending are applied for ABS* tubes.
Individual tubes are bundled with resin clamps, dramatically improving installation on the vehicle assembly line.
* ABS (Anti-lock Braking System): A pressure-controlled system to prevent the brakes from locking and improve braking force; a sensor controls the pressure to release the lock and increase the braking force. |

- High pressure resistance
- Guaranteed pressure resistance: 35MPa
- Bursting pressure: 120MPa
- High corrosion resistance
- A special surface treatment technique ensures high corrosion resistance on the tube surface
- High freedom of bending design
