Sanoh's multi-layer tubing is one of our environmentally friendly new products, developed specifically for use in fuel system components for Low Emission Vehicles (LEVs).
Our conductive multi-layer tubing drastically minimizes gasoline evaporation* and deterioration, which are common shortcomings of standard plastic tubing. This product is exported primarily to North America, where environmental regulations are very strict.
* Gasoline can evaporate through tubing walls and the gas that is formed reacts with the NOx in the air to create photochemical smog. Sanoh's multi-layer tubing has successfully cleared the evaporation regulation (gasoline evaporation gas regulation), one of the automotive exhaust emissions regulations. |

- 30-50% reduction of evaporation gas compared to standard plastic tubes
- Conductive type available
- Improved resistance against fuel deterioration (sour gasoline)
- High-intensity engine room durability
- Lightweight and can easily be conformed to various shapes
- Over 25% cost reduction compared to standard rubber tubing
- Automatic printing of product information (product name, date of manufacture, etc.) available
