Sanoh’s Technology Improves Seatbelt Safety

The Sanoh pretensioner pipe is an important security component used in the Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR).
The use of this pipe allows the ELR to instantaneously take up seatbelt slack the moment a collision occurs, firmly restraining the driver and passengers in their seats, and thus providing an improved level of safety in comparison to previous systems.
The success of our technical personnel in designing this product has been through the use of pipes with high pressure resistance, and by solving the difficult technical problem of how to prevent the pipe from flattening when it is bent.
The reliable performance and low cost of this pretensioner pipe are expected to result in a significant increase in market demand.
