High Performance Battery for Assisted Bicycle

The Sanoh Ni-MH battery was selected for the Honda Step Compo, a foldable electric-motor assisted bicycle released for sale in Japan in April 2001. This Sanoh Ni-MH battery was developed to fulfill the requirements of the Step Compo’s development theme of “lighter” “smaller” and “further”. Its recyclability, speedy charging time of 2.5 hours and the absence of harmful substances such as lead or cadmium are some of its notable features.

The resolved matters were as follows: 1.A proposal for the distribution of profits was approved. 2.A part of the Articles of Association was amended to make the term of office for directors one year. 3.Directors and auditors were nominated, and they have assumed their respective office. 4.The directors who retired from office were granted rewards for their retirement.
