A proposal for introducing an executive officer system from July 1, 2000 was resolved at the board of directors meeting held after the 92nd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. Executive officers were nominated and have assumed their office.
The 92nd Term Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was duly held on Thursday, June 29, 2000. The resolved matters were as follows: 1.A proposal for the distribution of profits was approved. 2.A part of the Articles of Association was amended to make the term of office for directors one year. 3.Directors and auditors were nominated, and they have assumed their respective office. 4.The directors who retired from office were granted rewards for their retirement.
