You can freely adjust your work hours as far as you are on duty in the core time from 10:00 to 15:00. The flextime system (*) allows you to determine your work hours that suit your individual lifestyle. * There are some job categories to which the flextime system is not applied.
Under the telework system, you can work at the places you choose besides the predetermined work spot. This system allows you to continue working while raising your children or carrying out nursing care.
On-site day-care center for children
An on-site day-care center is available to both fulltime and part-time employees.
Various types of loans, such as car loan, mortgage, education loan, etc., are available at rates below the standard interest rates if certain conditions are fulfilled.
Regardless of gender, you may take parental leave until your child becomes 1 year old.
Sanoh makes efforts to make it easier for its employees to take a paid leave, so they take an average of 15 paid leave days per year.
